To the others below, based on their website I believe UVA sends acceptances the first week (this week) and will send wait-list notifications next week. I have not yet heard either.

Invitation to open house for Communications Disorder Speech Graduate Program but no acceptance yet

To the poster about UVA below who hasn't heard back...I also haven't heard back yet! I'm not really sure what that means, but hopefully they're just sending them out in waves?

Out of field; 2 more audiology classes left to finish as post-bac. Did graduate student clinician assistant for one term with AAC. Currently in child welfare development as a full time employee.

Out-of-field applicant. Good volunteer and work experience, though in education, not SLP.

3.75 GPA

Second year applicant. Second time on SIUE's waitlist. Hoping for a better outcome this year..would love to attend!

I called BU today to see if they give out funding separately from the admin email/letter. They said if it's not in the letter, there is little to no chance of merit based aid.

Received the email today! so excited!

Major GPA: 3.5, last 60 hours: 3.4, bilingual (Spanish), over 50+ hours of volunteer/observation hours, currently working as an office manager in a pediatric clinic, studied abroad for 1 year and have other abroad experiences volunteering. I've yet to hear back from other schools so if I get denied from the others I'll be at UNT! Congrats to anyone else who got accepted!
