Kind email from Lucy Corin; official notification to follow. Bummed since I so far have 3 rejections and no acceptances, but keeping my fingers crossed for my other apps. Congratulations to those accepted!

One acceptance and one rejection. 11 more schools to go!

Received an email telling me to log in to the website to check the admission decision.

I'm going to take Amy Hempel's approach to this. Namely, how do we know what happens to us isn't good? Maybe this is clearing the way for something better. Trying to trust the universe on this one. Good luck everybody!

Knock Knock. Who's there? Wyoming. Wyoming who? Wyoming won't you let me in????

I must say, after seeing the other responses on here, I'm just happy they addressed the rejection to me (not first name, last name)...

minnesota is cold in winter

Dear [firstName lastName], Oops, you didn't get in! We're just so popular! But fuck you very much for applying. :D, Madison

I was an MFA there, hence the call

Mass email.

Very personal email that addressed my stories sepcifically. High on the list, so I'm hopeful. That's 3 waitlists, and a TA interview, but still no acceptances.

The letter was addressed to [firstName lastName]. I mean, come on.
