(Ignore WL); TTPB mentioning Brianne Cortese's reply : Will they start rolling interview invites or decisions from mid-March? Last year. by this time, they had already started sending out pre-recorded interview invites to candidates.

(ignore the waitlist) Any information about hex-th or ex?

TTPB: I submitted my application towards the end of November and got my pre-recorded interview shortly afterwards. I really don't know how I'm going to pick Columbia over Cornell though, because the gap is not negligible.

Got the email to check portal. I figured at this point, it wasn't going to be a yes. Congrats to those accepted!

Looking for other offer holders

[Not Waitlist] receive nothing from this program, anyone else?

For guys who got results back for MSCS, when did you apply? Did you get 'under review' email as well?

No interview invite so no surprise. Program wasn't the best fit for my research interests. Good luck to all applicants!

TTPB who got both Cornell Tech Meng and Columbia MS, I also got in Columbia MS but still waiting for Cornell Tech 😭 When did you apply to Cornell Tech? How long did you wait after submitting your pre-recorded interview?

The Department has completed its selection process for the Doctoral Program entering class for 2021. In total the Program received over 830 applications for less than 25 open positions. Largely due to this we are not able to extend an offer to you for the entering class of 2021. The enrollment rate for the Program will be about 3%. I want to assure you that your application was given an exhaustive and thorough review by a committee comprised of Departmental faculty. Email to check portal. I was a bad fit, but still sucks.

An email to check the portal! PDF document of decision after clicking into the application. Very surprised yet very happy. Was rejected by 4 direct entry US PhD programs I had applied to as a current undergrad.

Notified through email to check portal just now. I don't have any dominating offer elsewhere sadly. For those who got offers, if you plan to decline, please do so at the earliest! Thank you so much!!!!!
