Called department secretary on Wednesday (Jan 24) and she told me all interview invitations would be sent out by the end of the day. I never heard anything and then on Friday, Jan 26th I got an email from the POI. Interview day is all day Friday, Feb 9th. Also, for anyone still waiting on Fordham Counseling Phd: they are sending out invitations to interview next week. Good luck and don't get discouraged if you think all invites have gone out... you just never know.

To the Colorado State poster: I emailed graduate admissions today (1/26) and she said they have not extended interviews yet!

Has anyone heard back from this program yet this year? It looks like in the previous admission years, students were already being notified by this time. I have not heard anything since receiving confirmation of my application.

Received an email inviting me to the interview day on Feb. 16th

Previously had a phone interview, was today officially invited to the open house Feb 19 by the DCT.

Interviewed on 1/22. POI emailed 1/25 to let me know I have not been extended an offer at this time and I am on an alternate waiting list.

For everyone asking about GSU, I emailed my POI. She stated that the application process is not closed until they make final offers and all positions are filled. So, if you haven't heard back yet, that is why. Im confused though because I see people on here who were already rejected or wait listed... And to the person below, I know someone who interviewed there already. The interview for GSU was either this past Monday or Tuesday.

For the person that mentioned GSU I got the same response so basically they send out the same email to everyone. They started reviewing my application in December according to the email I received. So I’m just waiting at this point.

Just wanted to share some info- I asked if all interview invites had been extended and I've pasted below the response from the admissions counselor on 1/23. She didn't really answer my question and I'm not seeing much activity on here about interviews. Does anyone know when they were/are? "Thank you for your continued interest in our counseling psychology program. Our evaluation process is continuing and we have made no final determinations at this point. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible with any updates. We also realize you are a strong applicant and other programs may have extended you an offer, so of course if your status or interest in our program changes, please do not hesitate to inform us as well."
