Hey has anyone for PhD Chemistry heard back for funding competition?

3 strong letters, 3 years of research experience, but no publications.

Expected but I have three other very good options!

Quite strange. I had a nice meeting with the professor at Boston on Dec. She said that I will definitely be accepted for my highly relevant research and academic records. However, I received the cruel short email stating that I was rejected.

Low undergrad gpa, perfect master's gpa, low gre, no subject gre, 2 years research experience, several award-winning presentations, one publication in progress. Result was expected so not bummed

To the poster below: I applied for materials chemistry of the chemistry Ph.D. program but have not heard anything from UCB. I am still waiting for the decision from UC Berkeley too. I hope it will help you.

Offer with no funding. Waiting list for TA

Has anyone heard from UPenn in the last 15 days? UPenn has rolling admissions, but I still see very few entries in the results section.
