TPB: Hi bro, I am in the same situation in NCSU. I got acceptance but not heard about funding. How do you know Iowa will inform about funding today? I asked this because I want to get inference for my situation.

TPB: ISU is my last hope.. I wish we all together receive funding offer today.. By the way, do you have any idea about the size of waitlisted? On website it says they normally send 35 funding offers, so does it mean that I am initially out of the 35? If that is the case, there may be a tiny chance for me :(

TTPB, is ISU your only offer or do you have other offers as well? I was accepted at Michigan State, Wisconsin( No funding), Illinois and Minnesota ( No funding) I am thinking of attending Illinois if I don't get funding from Iowa State.

Has anyone on waitlisted for funding got a funding offer? I am so worried since it is already April 17th and have no news from them..

I got into Michigan for Masters in Embedded Systems, But damn Michigan is expensive. Iowa State was my second choice, not anymore it turns out.

Please please reject your offers soon if you don't want to attend ISU. This is my last chance to get into a PhD program this year.

Admissions were delayed due to COVID-19.

I mailed them if there is any updates because of coronavirus then they just told me I am no longer under consideration without any explanation(I am an international) It was a bit unprofessional.

I recieved the admission email unofficially about 2 weeks ago like everybody else. But still did not get the official letter. Has anyone got the official letter from administration office?

Please, reject the offer from ISU if you're not going to take it up! My decision on other university acceptances depend on this one.

I have been waitlisted by the BCB department and this is the only option I am left with right now. So I would beg to anybody who has been offered admission but is not planning to join or has any better option than this to please decline the offer at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
