Bummed, not surprised, relieved to finally know- it was my reach since I come from an Ed and Languages background. Hoped that my Peace Corps experience would push me through but oh well. To the poster below, did they say that you are ON THE WAITLIST for funding AND you WILL GET funding? that doesn't make sense to me.. maybe you are on a very short list and they are super sure that someone will decline their offer or they are getting more funds..?
