With a 3,000 CAD scholarship. International student from the U.S.

Email from director of admissions saying that I have been waitlisted

Admitted to the Masters in Sociology and Education instead.

Has anyone who applied to the MA Sociology and Education program heard back? Someone on the forum said they got in already, I wasn't aware that it was a rolling admissions deal.

(Not an interview) Received an email that says that my application is in the final stage of evaluation and that I can expect the final result via email in the near future. An international student with a Canadian BA.

Unofficial notification from the grad program manager that I will be receiving an offer in the "near future".

Informal acceptance from PI

(ignore the decision & date column, i cant choose others) TTPB: are you waitlisted after the interview?

Truly shocked and pleased. No word about funding but I know Columbia doesn't traditionally do a lot of financial aid.

Email from professor that I mention in the SOP to schedule an interview. Has anyone already had this interview?

Columbia IEOR is my dream school, I know a lot of admitted applicants have much better choices, I would really appreciate it if you could decline this offer sooner! Thanks!

Invited for virtual interview, to complete by Mar 7

Received my unofficial offer and scholarship this morning

Financial offers come in the form of a separate letter.

waiting on this and some other schools but not keeping my hopes up as it's already March. Do people think it is good etiquette to email schools about the status now?

holy shit
