Got better offer. Probably will decline.

To previous commenter: nobody in MFA Draft 19 has posted results from Cornell, and everyone seems to be awaiting them eagerly based on historical timing

Has anyone thought about reaching out to Cornell and asking about their notifications // has anyone in the MFA Facebook Draft posted about receiving a notification from Cornell?

I can´t believe it, number 5 in my area

I ask the graduate committee assistant, and then she replied to me. Before that, no news from Cornell

One year and three months of experience in a developmental psych lab; six months on an international research programme; one conference and one publication in preparation; first-class undergrad degree from the UK

Not surprised, since no interview, although contact with POI before applying seemed positive.

Notified by future advisor a few hours before the official letter!

NO EMAIL, CHECK FROM PORTAL

Email with subject title "Cornell Regret Letter" and a pdf file named after me. To conclude, they were in no mood to extend the wait.

Expected but still a bummer. No prior contact. 1 SULI and 3 REU internships. Good LOR.

Declined my offer from Cornell. hep-ex. Good luck to ppl on the waitlist!

"after careful consideration" yet "we cannot provide individual feedback". In what other area would you be willing to fork over money, get rejected, and not be given a specific reason. What a money making scam. I want feedback or a refund.
