to the people who were accepted can you share your stats? thanks :)

website was down a few days, checked back and it was back up with app status updated to "admission denied"

For the poster below, my overall GPA is 3.57, but for the last two years it's 3.8, and my major GPA is 3.8. 321 overall GRE (1410 on the old scale). I'm from a small liberal arts school but I have research experience in an eye-tracking lab in the psych department, was research assistant for my adviser's linguistics research in the field, and have taken courses in child development and educational psych.

I called the English office after March 15 came and went without any word regarding my application and was informed that "everything is still pending" and applicants should hear within the next week. What's one more week, right?

Got an email with the letter attached 3 hours after they sent the email to say letters were going out soon. I am seriously stunned, I had already resigned myself to not getting in anywhere after getting rejected by Northwestern and Vanderbilt. So so excited and grateful! I'm an out of field applicant (linguistics & psychology with research experience in both) and was accepted to the 3-year program, though I'm hoping to get some prereqs done this summer.

Postmarked the Fifth with no funding offered and requests a response by the 26th. A little heartbroken I'll have to turn it down, I love the program but have funding elsewhere.

Without guaranteed funding

Full TA and Stipend for 4 years.

3.80 MDiV Global and Contextual Studies, MTh World Christianity at the Center for the Study of World Christianity - University of Edinburgh. Contacted admin concerning application. Was already leaning towards Edinburgh, so I suppose it makes the decision much easier!
