tuition waiver + stipend + health insurance

My application status doesn't show that the department received my GRE score. So, I asked whether my GRE score has arrived at their department and whether it's better to resend it if they have not received it yet. The dept. secretary replied to me, "It does not appear that we have received your GRE scores, however, it would not be beneficial for you to resend them, because our admission decisions have already been made." my first rejection..... sad

Apparently over 800 people applied to the Psychology program this year and they only have around 30 spots available... Good luck to everyone else who applied!
