Wait list for funding.

Was told that my application has been forwarded to the department for review. Won't hear back till April due to high number of applicants.

Not surprised, don't think my GRE scores were high enough.

Thought I had a good chance getting in here :(

Not surprised, applied here last year and got the same results.

Actually very surprised by this, I fit right in line with ranges of GRE scores and GPA. Oh well, must be tough competition this year.

May be offered an interview. Depends on the number of applicants.

Was placed in the 2nd tier of applicants and notified that they are interviewing the 1st tier applicants and that they may interview the 2nd tier applicants. Guess it's better than a straight up rejection.

I just called GW yesterday because I have not heard back yet either. They said they have been a lot slower with applications this time around and they are still processing it. I submitted mine a couple days before it was due and it just now became under review. She said you should be updated within the month but did not provide any more specifics on time. I asked since it was rolling application if they still had spots open and they said "yes". Hope this helps.

For those accepted to Fall, how long did it take to hear back after the interview?

To those posting about Gallaudet! My status also changed from "Under review- decision pending" to "Under review- decision made." Still no email and no other info! Was wondering if people have heard back yet, and if so how long will I have to wait. Status was changed yesterday morning.

Online portal says an admissions packet has been mailed with further information.
