5 research papers in a university, and 6 years experiences of software engineering in a company. Result is no surprise, but it is very surprised and interested to me that there are many rejected reports compared to that of past several years.

Lets hope for the best mate. when was your interview? And u are from power systems background or power electronics background? Maybe there are other people as well who have been interviewed.
