Just got the call this evening. Applied over Thanksgiving break.

First UC interview invitation!

Better late than never. I received an email yesterday from the school of engineering stating that I have been recommended for admission into the EE Masters program, and for me to wait for the official admission letter to come in a couple of days. So, have faith people.

Received a phone call during spring break informing that I was waitlisted for Ph.D. Few weeks later was called again telling me I'm rejected for Ph.D, but could try for masters. Few weeks later got acceptance for masters.

To the computer science applicant inquiring about others' notifications, I'm still waiting, for structural engineering. This is honestly getting ridiculous. I've now been admitted to UCSD for over a month because I didn't want to risk waiting for UCLA and saying no a guaranteed place at UCSD. Logistically, UCLA is my first choice because I can commute there from home, but at this point I'm questioning if it's worth going there is it's taking this long for them to review their applicants.

E-mail to check app status. Not surprised. The other two schools, which I got into, notified me much earlier.

Better late then never. They ignored all of my inquiries about my application... Accepted other offer.

Waiting... waiting.... I had my Skype interview on 7 April, told to expect notification the next week. Nothing. Now I see that some received their offer shortly after the interview. Any thoughts? I called last week, no timing was given beyond "soon."

To the posters below: I just called asking for an updated status and they told me that rejection letters have not gone out yet to anybody. They're still reviewing some applications but if you applied earlier in the process that's not a good sign if you haven't been contacted.

And never replied to any query emails. I\\\'d suggest you to go with UCSD, you never know when UCLA will release their result. :/\\r\\nBut that\\\'s just my opinion. \\r\\nGood luck with the result!
