Has anyone received a letter of admission but their ACORN or Rosi status was not updated right away?

Well it seems it takes me complaining about a poor response from Andrea to get my answer. Got the email at 10 am on 4/19 from Colin Anderson informing me that I had been accepted. I have a 3.7 CGPA and a 3.9 GPA in my last two years of undergrad. I studied Sport Industry at my university which had me worried, but my personal statement tied in my love of hockey with this program. No relevant work experience.

If you're asking the person who received his rejection via snail mail: I'm American with an American degree. I suppose I'd be considered International to Canadian schools, though.

To the poster below, are you an international student?

Emailed to the department, they said results will be made between mid of april to mid of june. Had submitted my application in early november last year. There are so many factors right now which depend on the university decision, International student, currently working in dubai. I hope they let us know sooner, so we can plan our future accordingly.

Update from a few posts down: I was rejected (as expected), but why bother to send me a letter in the mail??? That being said, best of luck to those with admission!

the decision has been made in early march. I did not receive any notification since then. I emailed them today and i am waiting.

same here. status changed to "decision made". still waiting for the mail.

Im in same situation; changed from under review to decision made. I dont know the result yet. However, I got Asia Pacific Collaborative admission offer so I hope this is good sign for admission.

The application status has finally changed from "Under Review" to "Decision Made." But clicking the button next to Status says "A decision has been reached for your application. You will receive a notification via mail with the details of the decision." Do I really need to wait for my rejection to come in the mail?

3.7 cGPA , 3.9 L2. Prior government work experience, as well as extensive volunteer experience. Offered admission in mid March with a $7000 entrance scholarship.

3.4 cGPA from UBC (BA) with 1.5 years of relevant work experience. Offered 3k in funding. Currently trying to defer my admission for 2018 so I can work for a year first and financially prepare for this expensive program.

No explanation. No professor contacted me, so I was almost certain about the rejection.

Just received an email earlier this afternoon. I'm the poster who'd emailed Andrea last week and was told a decision would be reached in the next few weeks. 3.9 undergrad GPA with another graduate degree, relevant work experience but no library work.

I'm from Toronto (suburbs in the west) and do not want to make the commute but the lack of funding has me second guessing moving out from my parents' place.
