So I was offered a PhD without funding by the professor. Does he really think I am that rich that I can afford this? And he says- Congrats, welcome to Michigan. Just wow. A reject would have hurt initially, but I'm sure I would have come to terms with that. This offer will haunt me for ages. | ||||
