Not sure about all departments but for anyone in Anthropology - spoke to the department administrator this morning who informed me that ALL decisions on funding have been made, however she is awaiting the list and those who have been offered any kind of funding including Clarendon will be informed over the next week or two, possibly earlier. I hope this helps.

More annoyed that they waited this long to tell me than about the rejection.

No word on funding, website says offer holders will be notified by June though expecting letters to go out by end of April. Has anybody heard of studentships yet?

Originally was on the waitlist (I contacted the department asking about my status) and finally rejected. They said they have heard from a few candidates.

Form letter. Not surprised, it wasn't the best fit

I am not surprised in the least, because I knew some people had already received offers a month prior. I have offers from other great programs so I am not totally bummed. Although it would have been nice to live in NYC !

Got a call saying I was on a short waitlist a few weeks ago- any admits planning on turning down the offer?

Received a scholarship (I was under the impression that it was highly unlikely to get any funding for the masters program, so future applicants: there are scholarships!). Will not be attending, though, it wasn't that great of a fit for my interests.

Called - said that the information is in the system but it takes a few days to process everyone should be notified by early next week.

Received informal notice via email last Friday that I got admitted. Received formal offer letter on Monday. Not sure about the medical anthropology. Good luck with all other applicants.

I received an email about funding from the department coordinator and wasn't awarded funding. Will be denying my admissions. Hope this helps someone on the waitlist.
