Got an email this morning, though I found out last night via the website.

kind of expected...starting to feel numb to the many rejections...

Had a very positive interview earlier, was told to plan for the Visit Day, but guess it wasn't in the cards. Shucks.

Made it onto the shortlist. Apparently only a tiny cohort this year. Oh, well.

i know some Rutgers programs aren't responding until "end of March." Is anyone getting funding?

does anyone know when would the CS admits come out from here... did anyone get an admit till date?

Last year a more competetive school was interested in me but told me that they didn't feel my interests matched the interests of their professors. I found a professor at Rutgers that matched perfectly, but they didn't even give me a phone interview. ???

I emailed them and the lady replied pretty promptly; apparently the lady in charge of sending notifications is away at the moment. So if you haven't heard from them, email them!

Emailed to check when we could all expect notifications. was told next week.

Very disappointing. The upshot the teacher wrote a fairly personal email saying how disappointed they were. Most pleasant rejection ever.
