rejected from 10 places last year, almost didn't bother applying this year. So glad I did. Unable to believe this right now.

lol.

They offered a small scholarship towards tuition.

Was called by Robin Talbot, the very warm and enthusiastic program director. Have until 9/11 to decide; still waiting to hear from a few others, though. I t will be a difficult choice. Good luck, everyone.

Funding notification, received acceptance on 4/21.

Emailed to check waitlist status. Was told there are open, unfunded slots available. I think I'll pass.

Lesley accepts students by phone very early in the process. They sent out rejection letters very late or never sent them at all, as mine never arrived. I had to email the staff to find out my results.

Unprofessional email. Unimpressed.

Accepted off the waitlist. Pretty much freaking out.

On Tuesday, the 15th, I contacted the department on my status and was told that I am on a do-not-reject list and that they have one more spot to fill in the next 48 hours.

Email from Keith Scribner saying the program is full, and they won't be accepting any more from the waitlist.

Was told--over the phone--that they would have their responses out by April 15th. Still, I've heard nothing...How courteous. Has anyone received anything?

I was accepted off the wait list although I never received any notification that I was on a wait list. Full funding.

I turned down an unfunded acceptance in fiction. Good luck to someone else!
