I was so thrilled to get in that I think I would not shut up. She told me to stop talking already.

Accepted to the New Writers Project. There were 3 spots available for 240 applicants. Very excited about the offer, and I will almost certainly be accepting :)

Literally I was so excited, I blacked out for like 5 days and just forgot to post this, but guess who's going to Iowa (it's me)!!!

Okanagan campus- no word on funding yet. Only giving me until mid march to respond to offer.

Unfortunately got rejected by both the low-res and full-res programs. Definitely stung, though this was my weakest application by far. I had to submit poetry and CNF as part of my fiction application (as all do), and my poetry is beyond garbage, while my CNF is barely decent. Doesn't hurt as bad as it could, but still sucks.

ouch! (vancouver campus, full-res)

Note from the program director. No information on waitlist ranking or potential funding.

We have completed our review of applications and have issued all initial acceptances in the Fiction category; we have also notified all those we're certain will not be offered admission this year. Your receipt of this message indicates that you are on our waiting list.

Email to say a decision letter was posted on portal. Already expected a rejection as I know some fiction acceptances had already gone out to other applicants.

Email to check portal.

Accepted with a teaching assistantship!! Really nice letter from the program director.
