PR & RE, no interviews

LK & Music in the future

To the posters below: When in the day did you receive these emails?

Did not expect this today! Really pumped. Like the post below, it's super nice when the hard work pays off. Email with confirmed RA position.

Email for department and POI

dream came true. work hard really pays off. not the typical candidate

VC & TM. GG.

Im still not convinced. I got in to MIT MSRP last summr and they told me 3 weeks before the specified decision date

Taken from the MechE website; "All students will be notified by email of our decision. Decisions will be done on a rolling basis beginning the end of February and continuing until the end of March."

Does MIT intend to roll out decisions @ of 1 student / week or can one expect them to pick up the pace?

more like Massachusetts Institute of TEARS. pretty crushed, hard not to take this one personally. really hope I get in :(

The email does not mention for which group I am waitlisted. It is probably Signal Kinetics. To the posters below (and above), which groups you are waitlisted for?

email doesn't specify which group. But I think I know...

Had informal interview with POI, no formal interview.

The Graduate Admissions Committee of the Technology and Policy Program has carefully reviewed your application for admission. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a place in the TPP class entering September 2020. Competition for admission was particularly keen this year, and I regret that we cannot admit all of the applicants who have the desire and ability to pursue graduate study at MIT.
