It is due to the fact that they have already extended their first offers which we all have until April 15th to decide.

How can they tell us in the middle of April if we've been accepted? That makes no sense, people need to decide by the 15th. Does anyone really know when we're going to hear?

To those who have heard back from Pacific already, if I have not gotten a phone call or email by now does that mean I am probably rejected?

I did not gain acceptance last year, but this year I have been accepted by 5 programs and counting! The difference was a job I secured at Chicago Speech Therapy. They have an amazing program in which you work with them for a year and gain experience in a clinical setting. The program is designed for aspiring SLPs just like us! They look for aspiring SLPs who just missed getting into grad school, are working on a post-bacc degree in speech, or are taking time off before graduate school. When I called they said they are starting to send out Summer 2017 decisions on March 20th, but everyone must hear by April 15th for Fall 2017 (whether accepted, waitlisted or rejected). Hope this helps!

Received a personal email from Dr. Christina Gildersleeve-Neumann with the acceptance letter as attachment--such a nice gesture versus other schools who do mass email notifications. Out of field/in state applicant with 2 more audiology classes (will do those online). Graduated from college back in 2011 and have been working full time in intl. development since.
