Just got a phone call this morning saying I'd been accepted and inviting me to campus to discuss more!

I just into NYU and VCU within ten minutes of each other and it might be more than my little heart can handle, so if I die of joy there will be spots opening up at both schools!

Received e-mail from Chair of Graduate Admissions Committee. Followed by a system update on the 15th.

Out of state, Spanish major with CSD post bacc classes (3.75). AmeriCorps experience in a clinic and child care experience. Probably declining due to out of state tuition :( interviewed 2/23

NYU seems to be extremely competitive this year, students with publications and way above average GPA could not make it, not to mention those below average students like me.

Thank you! I interviewed Sunday (2/24) afternoon via Skype & received the official email today at 5:30. I was a surprised as during the interview I was told that I would find out in a few weeks.

To the posters who were already accepted, what time did you receive your acceptance email and when did interview? Thank you and congrats!!
