Rejected from PhD and offered acceptance to non-funded masters. Not disappointed since I am in at top choice.

This school did heavy marketing to allure applicants and then rejected most of them.... Kind of disspointed about what it has done..

Anyone heard from nyu comp lit, or anyone else waiting on them? And is it true that they only do snail mail? Seems like other depts. on here have been notified through other means to... eek!

It hurts. Rejected by five schools and no good news came, I am really full of sorrow. All my efforts are in vain.
