Is there a difference between a waitlist and being an alternate? I was confused by the email. Do we have to let them know if we want to remain on the waitlist?

Does Loyola send acceptances in waves?

They emailed my parents.??? No where in any application did I ever have to put my parents email address down. So that was pretty weird, luckily they forwarded it to me.

So excited to be finally accepted! Waitlisted and rejected to other schools not even close to Loyola's quality. Keep hope everyone!
