Acceptance and invitation to visit. BioECE track. No interview. Didn't hear a word since I submitted my app in December so if you haven't heard anything, don't write them off yet.

Quite surprised and disappointed as this program was a copy-and-paste fit to my interests. Interviewed 2/2.

Received mail from POI, no interview, has been offered funding from POI, Masters from a decent school in India

2a/0w/3r/3p. Not surprised. I was a poor fit for the department. Would not have accepted an offer in any case, as I have acceptances from UMichigan and UChicago.

Website update to denied. No e-mail. Very disappointing, although my field of origin is not information science.

To poster who got in. Are you planning to accept? Also, what does the funding package look like?

Found out while checking the application status page. Assuming I'll get an email with more info tomorrow since it's late in the day.

Poster below: IS or operations track?

Email from POI today saying I’ve been placed on a “very short waitlist.” The email was nice and said my materials and interview were reviewed favorably but spots are limited. Keeping my fingers crossed on people going with other choices!

Applied for language documentation track, in Linguistics MA program with TESOL focus

No e-mail; just checked portal. Devastated.

Request over email to talk sometime in the next week. Very excited about this program!

Interviewed on 2/2, just received email of rejection. Congrats to everyone who was offered!

It took longer to received the admission result than usual. But happy with good result!

E-mail, also read electronic version of mailed letter - no mention of funding.
