Accepted off waitlist. Need to buy some warm socks...

No rejection email yet, but I logged into the online app after seeing news of decisions.

Phone call followed by email confirmation.

Nice things to say, but I've read too many query rejections and am jaded enough to presume it's just a form letter.

Email saying good news, followed by phone call.

Incredible funding package (GTAship w/ tuition waiver + Fellowship) for an amazing program. Official notifications will be sent within the week. Good luck!

Selected as finalist in applicant pool. Phone interview scheduled.

Email said app was competetitive and encouraged to reapply later. email seemed to generic and the kind words more only a gentle rejection

Got an email saying "We have been informed by the committee that the program is full. However, the faculty believes that your application is competitive and would like to encourage you to reapply for a future term." Don't really know how genuine the email is about me being "competitive" or if everyone rejected got this email. Would appreciate if someone had insight into this.

Email notification of Change to Application Status - Directed to check website (Status had been changed on website as of 2/14)

E-mail subject line says LSU MFA Progrram: Good News, thought that was cute! :)
