Not my best interview -- fingers crossed!

To the Wharton Management PhD admit below: Congratulations! Very well done, indeed. Where are you from? With whom did you interview? I interviewed with Wry and Feldman...was happy to be among the 15 to interview, heartbroken not to be able to break into the 6 people offered place in the program. You must be super excited and happy! Any other schools you applied to/ been interviewing with? Is Wharton your top pick? (if so, do you plan to withdraw application from others?)

I guess the competition was very intense. I had 4.0 GPA as undergrad, 3.95 as grad student from two best universities in a European country. 4 co-authored work, two are under review, and others are in-progress. Some international conference presentations. Low GMAT score (680) may have affected the outcome. Congrats to those accepted.

To the so very kind poster below: thank you. I have commenced to a pretty extreme ugly cry which may be 99% due to the completion of my bottle of white whine (I still have red to make it through). I am happy to exchange emails. I'm OBforme if that helps for separate exchange of email, as I'm new to the forum. Why oh why did I sign up today...of all days.
