Has anyone interviewed for UW? I received an email from WG about shared interests after submitting my application, but haven't gotten any interview requests (and I've only seen one post on here from this program)

I have been waitlisted here for a month now and would highly appreciate if people with an admit would reject their offers as soon as possible, if you're not attending here. Please! Thank you.

TPB, just the email address found from their web or the application portal, cannot remember exactly, but it seemed to not be a personal email address.

TTPB: Did you get any info on funding? Initially I was offered PhD. When I inquired them about the funding status, they mentioned that there has been a miscommunication and I have been offered MS instead. It is really frustrating as I did not apply to MS. I received my offer on March 9.

I sent an email to ask for my application status, someone replied and confirmed rejection.

I think, my US MS degree with higher GPA and multiple publications in ASME journals helped me to offset my undergrad profile.

I mailed to UW ECE for their decision date, they said that most of the admits were sent out... The others who did not receive any results should receive rejection mail next week.

Accepted via email, and an additional email about potential funding sources was sent immediately afterward. Have not heard anything about departmental aid, but the amount of aid they give out seems shockingly limited based on the info they sent me.

I think this is a second round offer. Interviewed in February. Visit day on 3/8. Will accept with near certainty.

Simon's email asking about interest in UW. After that, I made contact with Prof. Yu-chin and received an official admission. As I accepted the offer, they already offered me a financial package (at least 7k/quarter).
