Kind of bumbed it was my top choice

Responding to the user below: Yeah I received a letter via email. It explains that they would like to have me but the number of fellowships is limited and they are waiting to her back from their earlier admits. P.S. if you haven't received a decision yet don't worry they may still be sending them

Hi all, if you are accepted but are not considering attending there, please inform the department of your decision ASAP. UPenn is truly my first choice so please don't reserve the seat if you don't need it

More than 5 years of research experience. 1 primary author, 2 joint primary author, 2 co-author articles and several conference proceedings published in Journal of Neurotrauma, Frontiers in neurology, Journal of biomechanical engineering, PloS One, Scientific Reports, Annals of Biomedical Engineering. Generic rejection message was sent to me via their portal.
