It means that you must work as research assitant to hold the monthly stipend. It is part time, 20 hours per week. I also wonder, did your letter say that they offered you a Research Assistanship, or Graduate RA?

What is a part-time 50% FTE RA scholarship?

To the post that indicates admission to Purdue ChemE, how did you get the letter from the Purdue faculty? Do you guys have concrete interactions in the past such as research or during a course?

LOR from one proffesor at Purdue, International Student. Many years of research, NO PUBS, no master.

Graduate college person emailed me saying I have been accepted. I submitted my app on the 12th. 2+ years research experience. No pubs or poster presentation. Undergrad from a top 5 program in the US.

Applied over summer for in-person MSME, submitted app 9/11/20, accepted via email 9/23/20. 3.2 ug gpa

Fresh grad with 3.58 ug gpa. Applied to online MSME program for Sp21 on 8/21/20. Accepted 9/23/20.
