This was my top priority school

I expected this rejection because I didn't have an administrative license in the state of Illinois, which was required.

Submitted application on February 14. Accepted via email on February 15. Feeling very grateful. Had very strong recs -- I'm guessing -- from top professors of the field. Will decline if I don't get into LSE or Chicago

To the posters below, are you all American students? Can you post a bit about your profile/GRE et al? Any help appreciated. As an international student still waiting for a notification, this information will help.

I received an email from GWU that said I had been recommended for admission by the trachtenberg school and that students recommended for admission now have to be approved by the graduate school. The email also said they would have a decision for that and funding within a week. Did anyone else get this?

After campus visit and interview, I was debriefed in one on one meeting with the graduate school director. Within this meeting, I was offered admissions.

I got an email telling me my application was under review 1/12. I am still waiting to here back, congrats to those who have heard back already. I am anxiously waiting.It seems decisions are coming out soon.
