What's with Cornell ECE anyway! It's so late already; has anyone heard unofficially either?

Anyone knows if Cornell has offered TA to its incoming PhD students in previous years? Or are only RA positions available?

I asked the status of my application, the ECE grad office told me that is under departmental review and decisions will be out on a rolling basis between March and May.

Received an email that I’m on the waitlist with about 50 other people. Was admitted to Stanford EE Aand Berkeley EECS with substantial fellowships so not the end of the world.

With fellowship, no interview; 1 journal paper

Got the admit letter...super excited :)

Super grateful. Purdue undergrad in Computer Engineering. No funding. Paper in progress.

Low undergrad GPA, low GRE scores, 4.0 MS GPA, 1 proceeding 1 poster, 1.5 yrs undergrad + 1.5 yrs grad research. interviewed by professor in Jan. Deans distinguished award. Very happy to receive this offer... and am certain I would not have been accepted if it were up to the admissions committee alone without the interview from a professor. Research experience, LOR, and SOP are each very important!
