I think they've started to send offers outside Canada. I received an email to check the portal for my decision-related documents yesterday. GPA: High B+ overall, physics & French majors (no thesis, graduated in 3.5 years) GRE & pGRE: Didn't submit Research/Teaching: 3 research internships in my field, TA, lab assistant, grader, tutor I wish you all the best! Now that people have been either admitted to the program or offered a place in Masters, it is safe to assume the dreadful. Shame!

To the person asking about scholarship email without admission, I am in the same situation. I think the scholarship email is not necessarily an unofficial admission. I emailed one of the admission tutors a week ago; they said "based on your grades, we will hopefully be able to give you an admission". But then in another one they introduced a lot of ifs (e.g. if you get an offer, if we like you...etc).

Logically, if they are considering my application for financial awards, shouldn't that mean that they have accepted my application for admission? Has anyone received a mail about being considered for awards and not been given admission?

got an email yesterday notifying me to check the website for official letter - today I received info about welcome day and that my app is now being considered for scholarships. applied Jan 31.

I checked both ACORN and ROSI, no updates anywhere. I guess I'll check a little later.

To the person asking about acceptance. I received that email about two hours before receiving my acceptance. You should check Acorn and see if you have been invited to enroll in courses.

To the people who got admitted into the Master of Information degree, did you get any mail about your application being processed by the Awards committee? I didn't get an admit yet and the portal isn't updated, but I got the above mail. Does that mean that they have decided to admit me?

Has anyone heard back form MSc Health Services Research? Applied back in Nov 2017 and still nothing. Status shows under review on SGS portal

Unofficial acceptance from DGS with official letter to follow. Will not be accepting this offer but a very nice email to wake up to.

Does anyone know whether they have sent out all the first-wave master admissions? I had an interview with POI in early Jan., but haven't received any decisions. A little bit worried.

Canadian applicant, UofT alumna. Received an email stating "Decision Reached for Your University of Toronto Application" requiring me to sign into the SGS application website to see the official status - accepted! No word on scholarships yet. 4 weeks to accept, $500 deposit required.
