Email from the Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator informing me of my acceptance and that official email will come in later. I'll be rejecting the offer for NYU. So, best wishes to those expecting a favorable decision. Few notes, I was rejected last admission cycle with 2 IEEE transactions under review and 1 accepted IEEE conference paper. Accepted this year with 4 IEEE transactions and 2 IEEE conference papers published, and additional 2 IEEE transactions under review at the time of application. MS GPA: 3.88/4.00. Track is power electronics.

Admitted as GRA.

Signal Processing and Machine Learning track. Engineering Physics undergrad from one of top 3 IITs. Have done many basic and graduate level in EE+Bachelor's thesis. CGPA 9.46/10. Dream school!

3 strong rec letters, 3 semesters of internships, 1 year of research. Electromagnetics and Energy Systems specialization.

UK uni (top 5 ish), within top 5% of my cohort. 3 internships in engineering. Nervous about getting in because I know ETH is strict on credit requirements and matching, but it was fine in the end!
