Accepted yesterday. Didn't submit GRE scores (didn't take them lol), major in Chemistry (graduated from undergrad last year). Also accepted to UIUC and Tandon.

(IGNORE WL) Did anyone who did not submit GRE scores get admitted (since it was optional)? If No, it kind of seems unfair given that they made it optional! Also, any idea by when all the acceptances will be sent out? And when waitlists/rejections will be sent out?

accepted off the waitlist!!! will be accepting, DM for POI

TTPB : Not admitted yet. Yes, my GRE and TOEFL scores are still listed as Unofficial

To those admitted, on the application portal - were your GRE or TOEFL scores written as (Unofficial) or (Official) in application checklist. To those not admitted, any of you still have unofficial ?

ttpb: i got my acceptance yesterday. i am an international student. i will probably be turning it down though.

TTPB asking btwn Columbia and Wisconsin , I was in a similar situation and chose Wis over Columbia , as I felt their CS prog was stronger . Hope it helps

Has anyone got accepted off the waitlist till so far?

ttpb: Congrats! Can you please mention the initial of your POI?

TTPB who asked: Columbia MS CS or Harvard SM Computational Science and Engineering Definitely Columbia MS CS, since the SM CSE at Harvard is only 1 year, and isn't really a CS degree. (I'm assuming you want to do something CS-related after your degree) Also, did you get a Harvard SM CSE Admit this year, or was it a deferred admit?

Accepted. Will be attending, but was not offered any scholarship.

got a notification via email to check website. I guess this is what I expected. Still trying to remain hopeful... If you've been accepted and don't plan to go, please deny, LOL

Got email to check the portal

Rejected after emailing the grad coordinator. Math and Physics undergrad, GPA: 3.99/4. Two summers of research experience, and multiple awards in Math and Physics. Statement of Intent probably could have been better.
