Considering my alright but not stellar GPA, I am shocked to have received an interview. I did have 3 great letters of rec, a year of relevant research experience, two poster presentations, and a co-author on a paper from undergraduate. Two dates give, Feb 1st to Feb 3rd and Feb 22nd to Feb 24th, for interview weekends.

Great LORs, 1 year post grad Research Experience, 3.9 Masters GPA. The truth is, once you start seeing those interview invitations and you don't get one; your chances are highly unlikely.
