To the poster asking about the lehman interview, it was pretty "intense" in my opinion but then again it was my first individual interview so I could only compare it to one other interview I had and that was a group one. All the "interviewees" wait in a room together and the interviewers come and randomly call a name. A fair mix of academix/experience questions and more personality based (i.e. 3 traits to describe self). There was no writing sample and you just leave after the interview. Less than 24hrs after my interview I got an email saying I was accepted but will be emailing to decline the offer as it really wasn't my top choice | ||||
