Did anyone hear back from ISU? The first round of results should be out by early February.

Has anyone heard anything from ISU for plant breeding? Or does anyone have any experience with ISU plant breeding acceptance/rejection notifications?

I saw 9 posts that announced that they were accepted. But today I got a mail from ISU: We received your application. Our admissions committee will review it and starting in March we will send out acceptance letters. How can it be possible ? Is someone lying ?

Comes with 18.5k funding, increased to 20.5k after passing qualifying exams. Health insurance and tuition waiver included.

Tuition waiver, health insurance and decent stipend. Nominated for women fellowship. From UW Milwaukee, no graduate courses, no research experience and no REUs. Double major in math education and computer science. I'm pretty excited to attend since this is the only school accepted me out of 3.

GPA 3.44. One year teaching and research experience. Three strong recommendation letters. No GRE.

GRE 334+5.0, top 30 liberal arts college 3.69 GPA, tutor and TA experiences. Three moderately strong rec letters. Research got cancelled because of covid. $26,600 a year stipend. Probably my top choice?
