Finally received. Was expecting to hear from PoI first but directly got a mail from the Admissions committee Area: Systems and Networking

Disappointed :-(

Will be going ! Seen few admits.. Any group for new admits ??

I dont know where I went wrong. From Delhi College of Engineering (Electrical Engineering), 1 research paper in Deep Learning, Google Summer of Code, TA during my undergrad, 1.5 years of experience in relevant field. Where did I go wrong? Please help me.

Still haven't heard anything...Does anyone know when are the results going to be declared?

To the Cornell NLP acceptance below, Congratulations! for your acceptance. If you don't mind asking, Do you have publications at top tier NLP conferences? just wondering is it impossible to get accepted without prior publications?

Received unofficial acceptance notification from a professor in Cornell NLP. Had an Interview early this month.

One publication (first author). POI emailed me. Area: Scientific Computing.

Unofficial email from a POI saying that official notification will come from Cornell soon. Area: vision/graphics. POI replied to contact before but no interview.

Received unofficial email from a POI that I will receive the offer very soon. Area: Theory

Has anyone in the NLP field received notification from poi yet?
