To the Rutgers poster -- the dept only gives 4 fellowships a year, so my guess is that they are waiting to hear from the 4 people they initially offered funding to before they say anything else.

How come this is taking so long? Are there others who have yet to decline or accept their offers?

To the poster below. I called and was told to email [email protected]. I got at reply stating that all first round offers were already made and that my application was on hold in case admitted people declined. You should email them as well.

i was waitlisted for funding and informed that they are not accepting any phd students without funding. for the person who was accepted... are you going to go to Rutgers????? please let me know and if you are not... please let them know.
