To the poster below: I emailed the professor who informed me about the admission regarding funding decision (since I did not receive any email about funding decision from NC State on 4/1). Then, he replied that if I did not hear anything, I need to wait for the funding decision by May 1.

Does anyone know about the funding? The email in Feb said the funding info would be sent by Apr 1st, but I heard nothing from them and they haven't replied to my email yet...Anyway thanks and good luck.

Got offer from UNC Biostat today, but no news of funding.

Received email to check portal. GRE math was too low (despite it being a music program). Congrats to those offered admission!

I haven't heard from UNC either, and I applied months ago. If anyone has heard back from their Master's in Computer Science program, I would appreciate it if you posted it here.

Undergrad from BITS. Got admits from much better Universities. NCSU was my safe option. Don't know what's wrong with the selection committee.

was informed by a member of the department that they don't send out anything to applicants that are on the waitlist and to contact admissions chair with questions. admissions chair said they're still deciding, april 15th is the final date.
