To the person accepted off Syracuse waitlist: did they say how many spots had opened or any other info?

I did not receive my letter until today (March 13th), however, the letter was dated February 27th (two weeks ago), and the franked postmark is dated March 4th. It took nine days for the letter to travel 1,300 miles.

Yay! Hopefully there's funding!!
