The status says: UNDER REVIEW – PENDING RECEIPT OF OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS. Anyone heard from Marketing?

Extremely kind rejection. acceptance in various english programs was between 3-11%

Waiting for any funding information. Probably one of the most efficient programs for me.

no words about funding. I am waiting for graduate research assistantship.

Floodgates are open. Very nice email though, probably one of the best I've gotten so far, all things considered.

Kindly worded email.

whatever. i dont even know why i applied here. oh yea, ROXANE GAY. otherwise, this program is subpar.

Very few admits and rejects so far. When I mailed them asking for the status they said they would send out decisions before April 15. I guess we have no other choice but to wait it out.

Does anyone know what is going on with the master program? The status has been 'under review' for a long time.

To Purdue poster below, I applied PhD and emailed dept. They said they will make decision before April 15. Damn, that is not informative at all.

VOIP conversation with staff members. Made it through the first rounds of cuts. They are making the final cuts this week. They are looking to keep the incoming class to around 10 candidates. Small!

To the Purdue Poster below...I am also waiting and without any notification too.

To the Purdue question below: I am still waiting, without ant notification.

2.5 years of research and 2 years of part-time chemical industry experience. Was rejected while visiting a top-10 school, made for a good laugh.

Anybody still waiting for PhD decisions from Purdue or in waitlisted state?

Cordial email. Record volume of applicants, limited slots, hard decision--the usual, but kindly put nonetheless.

It was a very kind email.

Only received the decision because I emailed them. Very disappointed, it was my top choice. I have other offers though, so it's not the end of the world. But it really annoys me when they don't get back to you and just leave you guessing.
