'Rolling basis' means that they don't wait until all letters are finalized to send them out. i.e. When a letter is ready, it's sent. So I'd say that letters will be sent out throughout the coming week or two, maybe even later (my letter says that the offer needs to be accepted before April 15th btw). | ||||
