GPA is grad

Emailed that I've been placed on the waitlist. This is my top choice, so if you've been accepted and don't plan on going, please decline! Thank you!

To the prev poster : (ignore interview):- thank you ! Can u send me the name of the fb group ? I reviewed some old results on gradcafe from previous years. It seems Alberta doesn't inform some people /update it's portal even into April sometimes that they have been rejected. Having not heard from them yet , things seem bleak now. I am worried lol

" After careful consideration of your application, the graduate admissions committee has placed you high on the wait list for a place in our MA program. "

Email says high on the wait list.

generic message to check portal

I got an email stating that "After careful consideration of your application, the graduate admissions committee has placed you high on the wait list for a place in our MA program." I will be declining, so hopefully one of y'all gets bumped up.

Email specifies "high" on waitlist

With GA-ship + tuition remission

Received a nice email from Dr. Piccini. Admittedly, I didn't expect this acceptance. Unfortunately, Dr. Piccini also notified me that I am on the waitlist for a Graduate Assistantship. Hopefully things work out. I would love to go to this school :)

2a/0w/7r/4p Expecting rejections from 3/4 of the pending based on what I've seen here. So excited about this program though, going to officially accept within the next week.

Grad GPA: 4.0. Was notified via email to check portal. I was a good fit, but this isn't unexpected. Also, I was told that they would have a reduced admitted class this semester. Congrats to everyone that got accepted, UCSD is a really strong program and will likely move up in PGR rankings.

Waiting to hear back on funding.

[NOT WAITLIST] TPB: Thanks for letting me know - congratulations again!
