top 5 public uni undergrad; more than 1 year experience in research lab relating to my research interests; LoR from PI, chem prof, and music prof; graduated undergrad in 3 years; no GRE

For Pchem I was notified of my interview January 4th, and actually had my interview January 8th. I was told that we would hear back in "a week or two", but there are still Pchem interviews being conducted as late as January 15th. For that reason I would be surprised if any Pchem people hear back this week, but I guess it would be possible to hear back the afternoon or early evening of the 15th.

Applied to Organic as well, didn't hear back at all. Feeling crushed that I didn't even make it to the interview.

I interviewed w S.R for Organic. I was notified of my interview on 12/23 and had my interview 1/4. We will know by friday if accepted or not. Given the post below about number of interviews in inorg and Pchem, I would expect organic gave out about 20 interviews as well.

3.4 GPA, no GRE. 2.5 undergrad research experience, many awards, 5 poster presenations 1 authorship on a paper. Was sent a formal letter of acceptance via email.

No GRE, 3.4 GPA, 2.5 years undergrad research 1 authorship on a publication. Many awards, 5 poster presentations. I was called by a POI, said I will receive formal acceptance letter later this week.

Regarding the zoom link: I am in chemical biology and the interviews are 1/14 and 1/15, and I haven't received a link yet either. I'm thinking they will send them either today or the day of your interview

re-all the Caltech questions: I know that roughly 17 Pchem candidates were interviewed and roughly 17 Inorganic candidates were interviewed. idk about other concentrations. I didn't get a zoom link in the initial email but got a separate email later with a zoom link. You should reach out if you signed up for an interview but never got a zoom link.

For anybody with interviews, did you get the zoom link to the interview? I just had to sign up and did not get any zoom link to the interview. HELP !
