After a review of your application, the Industrial and Systems Engineering PhD program is offering you provisional admission to The Graduate School at Binghamton University for the 2013 Fall semester.(no direct indication of any kind of funding)

Also got the same email as below. Wonder whether this is a mass mail sent to all.

Same email from [email protected] : Thank you for your interest in our PhD program. Although we have made some admissions decisions, your application is still under review. We expect to notify all applicants of their status by the close of business next Monday, February 11th. Please do not contact us regarding your status before Monday.

Same email as the mentioned below - Some admission offers sent out, but mine is still under review. Results can be expected by Feb 11th. P.S. To the moderators: Can someone please give me (hnk) the permissions to finally post a thing or two in the waiting, etc. threads? I am, for some reason, blocked from viewing most and posting on all discussions.
