Columbia result below, with note "With scholarship," is for Fiction.

THIS IS MY TOP CHOICE SCHOOL. Please please please, if you got in and don't want to go/have other options, let them know ASAP. I would be so grateful!

I knew this was the likely result when people were accepted in the middle of February.

Ouch. I guess I'm meant to take "NOTE: Your application has been decided. No further action is needed," all written in red, as a rejection? Stings the worse for the unreturned (polite) email asking about my status. No official email rejection yet, either.

Just wish they had told me earlier, instead of watching my application sit on "Reviewed by Department" for a week :/

I was really hoping for this one too...

"Thank you for your interest in the MFA program at Georgia College & State University. We received many interesting and excellent applications; unfortunately, we have limited openings in the program and are unable to offer you admission to the program this year. We wish you the best of luck in pursuit of your writing career."

Applied with publications, completed thesis, multidisciplinary background...etc.
