TTPB, regarding email from POI saying you are selected( Field: Computer Architecture). Do you mind sharing your POI or profile.

Interviewed by POI a week ago, received mail from him yesterday stating I'm accepted. Said I'll receive official offer in a week. Field: Computer Architecture.

Enquired about status of admission and was told if I haven't received an email from a POI or committee member by now, I should consider other options.

Contacted by two professors in early January; offered RA-ship for the first year.

Same as Georgia Tech guy, I got two profs in Purdue, Ziviani and Groll, in Georgia Tech I've only gotten a general admission though I'll probably get Prof. Garimella. I'm actually transferring over from a ME PhD in U Michigan, I realized I wanted to do research in sustainable thermal systems which Michigan does not have a good faculty for.

Gave interview in January 1st week. Received one-year department fellowship.

No interviews. Construction management track. The information of funding will be sent in separate email. TOEFL 107, Master GPA 4.0/4.0. 1 published journal paper and 2 under review. 1 strong LoR.

I received the same acceptance letter this morning. TTPB: I interviewed way back in the fall with a POI who I kept in touch with.

No interview, 1-year fellowship. After the first year, I need to contact PoI for RA or TA.
